How FitSutra handles information when you use our Android application.

Last updated 24 March 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FitSutra ("App", package: com.erevolutionsindia.fitsutra) handles information when you use it.

FitSutra provides exercise browsing, BMI tools, diet-plan content, favorites, and saved training plans.

1) Information we collect

FitSutra does not require user account registration and does not ask users to submit personal profile information such as name, phone number, or home address.

The App stores some data locally on your device to provide functionality, such as:

  • favorites
  • saved training plans
  • cached exercise content for faster loading
  • optional saved personal diet plan (height, weight, BMI value, and category on device)

This local data is stored in app-local storage on your device.

2) Internet access and third-party data sources

FitSutra uses internet access to fetch exercise content and media from third-party endpoints (for example, ExerciseDB services). The Yoga section loads pose categories, descriptions, and illustration URLs from a Yoga API. Optional meal suggestions contact a third-party meal planner service (or our cache of it) to show a sample day of meals with estimated nutrition in JSON form. If your app build is configured to use our FitSutra cache on the same host as exercises, yoga catalog JSON is fetched through our server first (we cache responses on disk, similar to exercise JSON); illustration URLs in the payload may still point to the third-party CDN. Otherwise your device may contact the public Yoga API host directly (see in-app attribution for the configured base URL).

Optional FitSutra exercise cache: If you use an app build configured to use an official FitSutra cache endpoint operated by us (for example at fitsutra.erevolutionsindia.com), your device requests exercise JSON through our server first. Our server may respond from a cached copy to improve reliability and reduce rate limits. Exercise animation images (GIFs) may also be served from our infrastructure when we mirror them for performance and reliability. That still does not require a FitSutra account. Technical request data (such as IP address) may be processed like any normal HTTPS request to our infrastructure.

When your device communicates with third-party providers (including ExerciseDB, their CDNs, the Yoga API host, or meal planner services), technical network data (such as IP address, request metadata, and timestamps) may be processed by those providers under their own privacy terms. We do not control third-party logging and retention practices.

3) How we use data

Data is used to:

  • display exercise and related media content
  • save user preferences and plans on-device
  • improve reliability and performance of content loading

4) Data sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share personal profile data for marketing purposes.

Third-party services may receive technical request data required to deliver content requested by the App.

5) Data retention and deletion

What we retain and for how long

FitSutra stores app data locally on your device (for example: favorites, saved training plans, and cached exercise content). We do not keep this app data on our own servers.

Local app data is retained until you clear app data or you uninstall the App.

How you can delete data from the App

Because app data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time:

  1. Open Android Settings
  2. Go to Apps > FitSutra
  3. Tap Storage & cache
  4. Tap Clear storage (or Clear data), and optionally Clear cache

You can also uninstall FitSutra to remove app-local data from your device.

Data deletion requests

FitSutra does not use account-based server storage for user profile data, so there is no central user account database to delete from.

If you still have questions about deletion, contact us at contact@erevolutionsindia.com.

6) Children's privacy

FitSutra is intended for general fitness and wellness use and is not specifically directed to children under 13.

The App does not require accounts or intentionally collect personal profile information from children.

7) Security

We use reasonable measures for the App's architecture. Local data security also depends on your device security settings (screen lock, OS protections, etc.).

8) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
